logan has been great, didn't get in quite the time on the bike that i was hoping for, but i did take a few wonderful rides one of which was up
logan canyon. the colors were bright and vibrant, the birds were singing me along and the air was fresh and crisp. (good thing i went the day i did because the next day, the trees, were covered in white stuff. yep SNOW)
don't worry mom most of the way, there was a really nice shoulder, this just happened to not be one of those spots. but the colors were nice. (also don't you like how bright my seat is, not to mention my flag)
over all the day was nice, i haven't been feeling too great lately, so by the time i did the 40 mile ride i was done for the day and rested the night away, but i was happy to get on my bike and do a few miles.

You are so cute. Always knowing when I'm freaking out about your bike rides etc. The colors did look beautiful.

Are you still here in the valley?? I just checked my blog today and we are in town and I'm hoping we get to see you. We got back from Cali. Fri. night. We will be home all day today.
