after spending a wonderful morning at the kiva i decided to go for a nice walk down the escalante river. i had never been to this area, it turning out to be a highlight of my hikes this week. in fact im going back there later today as well. (loving my buckskin pants)

i always thought that idaho had the best sunsets, however my time in boulder has also shown that utah has some pretty amazing ones as well. it hard not to give thanks to this kind of night.
