so today was the BIG boulder mountain tour race, about 1,000 racers all gather at Galena for the start and ski a long 30 km down to the SNRA to the finish line. we had three racers from our staff that all kicked some serious booty.todd and i starting the day off right.
don might not have his big old beard any longer, but he sure looks good with a MULLET. i love how he totally gets into his racing outfits. i would be right there in my shinny pink pants if i could race, but today im just a cheer leader and photographer.
oh 2,000 skis, 2,000 poles, 2,000 boots and 1,000 folks just gearing up for the race. the lodge was absolutely packed, its always a fun day, and also a fun one to get done with.

tory and i out waiting to watch the racers at the start. yep it was cold and WINDY, but the wind helped carry the skiers right down the trail.
wave one, the guy in yellow came out of the gates first and had the lead the whole 30 km, he won the race finishing at 1 hour 6 minuets, a impressive time, and a boulder mountain tour record
tood, makenzie, and i hung out in twin falls, supporting makenzie in open night and shot in the dark coffee shop. he played wonderfully beautiful. his voice is one that SHAKES my soul inside out. after the music, we headed to sushi...
which looked amazing, but since i was still in my detox days i wasn't able to eat any of it, so we decided that once im done we will be coming back down and i too will be eating "all you can eat" and LOVING i might add.
after sushi we walked around the park (yes it was 17 degrees out,) i frozzzze as usual, they the boys hooked me up with some extra layers so i ended up surviving the night. makenzie was really excited to show up the play ground where he gets stuck between the bars, (he is actually about 5 feet off the ground) it was really funny to see. the night was amazing, i sure love todd and makenzie and feel really blessed to have them in my life.
