as usual we had our annual ride, stride, glide triathlon. our team was mose on bike (shirtless) tori, run, (with feathers) and cindy (holding skis) india is in the galena jersey the conditions were great, the snow was really hard packed which made the bikers have a great ride, the runners have aching knees, and the skiers a bit scared coming down PSYCHO. great time all around. 
if you were to take a shot of whisky before your leg, we would take 30 seconds off your time. india is hitting it hard 
jawn's team won, he came out on the bike hard and stayed in first the whole bike leg. his team mates held it together for the run and ski to win the race.it made for one fun last day at work.
