well that is about all i can update you on right now. my first month of retirement has come and gone and let me tell you, i have fit in quite a bit of really amazing stuff. i have much more planned and can't wait to do it and come and see you as well.

i have realized in life that not only has today arrived, but today is today, don't wait for the next thing tomorrow, live today, BE HERE NOW. seize the MOMENTS. play, sing, dance, enjoy, rejoice, cry, laugh, walk naked in the afternoon sun, watch the sunsets, the sunrises, be the person you want to be, BE YOU, BE ME.

life is grand and wonderful. i spent much of my last month walking and experiencing life for a few of my closest friends who couldn't be with me. erin your one of those people and CJ my most amazing wonderful brother (from the same mother). my days were spent thinking of you. you were right there with me, experiencing some of the most glorious moments life has to offer. i love you so much. thank you for your support, love, kindness, and friendship.
