Don't Mind the Rain

day one on this blog thing, why blog? i ask myself this very question... i haven't the slightest clue as to why. i heard a song this week called BE HERE NOW and so that is what im doing im bloging just because i can, because i am living the "be here now" motto so here it goes.

it is raining outside, and i don't mind the rain, it brings a fresh feeling to the ground that my feet will soon touch. my feet will walk my path of life to whatever it brings me. passions are my way, i live by my passions, by traveling and by exploring the path in front of me. i run carefee into the mountains, into the vast wilderness, over the red barren desert to the nearest trickle of water. i live my life my happy little life of adventure.

a friend of mine years ago told me "you've got what matters, it's inside your soul, and no one can take it away" -sav-01- my soul is my anchor my foundation to life. i live in the moment. some moments come and go with out a thought. others come and knock me off my feet, it is in these moments that i live. that i run careless to my newest adventure. careless is a good thing, it is not a jump in the truck and drive like hell to the trailhead (although i have done that) careless in a care"FREE" sense. i have traveled the nation and found myself happy and content.

i have now realized the answer to my question, why blog? it is simple, i keep a travel journal, but this could be much more, it could be a history of me, a fun read someday.
