cabin building part 32...

now with the walls painted its time to put in the kitchen counter.  building the base.
this is funny to me, i used a bucket a box and a bunch of scape pieces of wood to hold the counter in place while i got the other end supported.  what can a girl do with just two hands... i guess become creative.
my counter top.  i was to put painters tape a few layers deep where i will be making my cut so the Formica does not chip.
ready to make the cut and hoping like hell it does not chip.  and it worked perfectly.
now to cut the hole out for the sink.
this cut fine, but instead of making one cut, i made several, i was nervous that i would make it too big and my sink would fall through
oops pic out of order, cutting the hole
and look how lovely it worked.  i think it looks so great next to the rust colored wall.  (better in person for sure)  COME BY AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.
