Finally Pictures!!!

okay i know what you are all thinking, yes it took a long time to get some pictures on the blog, but let me tell you, this teaching thing takes up a lot of time. by the end of the day i just want to go back to the yurt and relax. but i have come through finally, here are some nice photos of the last couple of weeks. the first one is looking down into Long Canyon Rd.

last sunday i left church early to go and sit and meditate in the canyon, i found this beautiful huge tree, i just had to give it some loving!

short slot canyon in long canyon. hard to see me, but the lighting in the background is wonderful

looking out

this was the path to the tree i hugged and KISSED!

looking up

hiked into upper calf creek falls a few weeks ago with Elizabeth, Jess, Laura, and Eric. the water was FREEZING, but i managed to hang out in it for a while. (yes im wearing bottoms... or am I?)

Jess dove in, he was standing above that little pine tree

Jess, Elizabeth, and Laura just laying around

Laura was the first to slid in off the moss covered rock!

a view of upper falls

our feet! you know me and my feet pictures, got to keep them coming.

just the girls. after hanging out at upper falls for a while we hiked down the creek to the top of lower falls. we found a lot of fun playing spots along the way.

the view down the lower falls. (yep i leaned right over the edge for this shot)

Elizabeth and Jess on the edge

best friends!

this is outside of Hills and Hollow (my weekend job) every saturday night we have a pizza and music night. Robert (in the tan vest) is one of my bosses of the store. good old hippie

more fun, jess is in the orange shirt drumming away with Jacob

Stacy working the brink pizza oven. sad to say she has moved on and left boulder.

Oh my goodness. Your pictures reminded me so much of "Survival" that I think I hiked some of that territory. Amazing!!! Love, MOM
